I’ve been doing this for long enough to know when to choose safety over trying to prove that you’re a badass… Slipping and falling sucks, trust me! ☠️

Don’t let the internet fool you into believing that you’re not tough if you choose to run indoors! This winter has tested all of us enough and if you want to reach your spring goals, pick the safe route! Sitting around for 6-8 weeks waiting for your broken bone to grow back together isn’t the move! 😉 See y’all when the snow melts!
