Two items on today's agenda:
Minor Forms
Race Ready Accounts

1. Minor Release Forms: All minors need a Minor Release form once per calendar year from both parents. If you don't have yours on file and mom & dad will not both be attending - click the link below, CAREFULLY review the info and/or watch the video, and bring your properly completed forms. IF YOU DON'T READ OR WATCH THE VIDEO, I GUARANTEE YOUR FORM WILL NOT BE PROPERLY COMPLETED.

**Warning: Once you complete a minor form properly the racers name is placed on a list so we know they have a form on file. It is also noted on the list if you signed a sole custody form or stated the other parent had passed away, so that we know who is allowed to sign a rider in. If you did say "bend the truth".......we may have found out. Do the right thing, provide the appropriate forms. Do it before we catch you or you may not be allowed to participate.

2. Race Ready Accounts: EVERY racer will need a RaceReady Account. It only takes a few minutes to create one. Make sure to add a machine to your profile. You can create this account at https://iraceready.com When registering at the track make sure to provide the email that you used for the RaceReady account on your entry form. Don't want to fill out an entry form? Go pre-register! Pre-registration closes at 8 am on THURSDAY https://app.iraceready.com/races/readsracing-reslts-timing-registration/register-public-event?menu=RegisterEvent

Transponders are $10 each and are good for one year. You can purchase online and pick up at registration or purchase at the track at registration.

You still need numbers! We are still hand scoring you! No numbers means they can't hand score you.

Are you planning on coming to Hangtime next weekend May 8-10?? Here is a bunch of boring but necessary info you need to know about gate times and arrival!! 😊🏁

Gate admission is cash only.

*Gate times: When the gates are closed, they are closed to in and out traffic. 🛑
If you arrive after the gates close you can park on the side of the drive, just make sure not to block the entire road in case of an emergency. ‼️ 🚨

Friday gates open from 5 pm to 10 pm. Please plan ahead accordingly to arrive by 10 or plan to slumber in the drive until morning. 😴💤🛌

**Sunday is Round 1 of the Indiana MX State Championship Series.
Racing on Saturday is standard mx racing, NOT a part of the state series. There are 2️⃣races on Saturday. A day event and a night event. The Saturday events are separate complete events you can do one or both or neither. 😎🏁🏁.

If you arrive Saturday to camp for Sunday you are charged a gate fee for Saturday as there are events going on.

***When the gates open on Friday they will be collecting gate admission. You must purchase a pass to enter even if you are dropping and leaving.
Passes available on Friday:
Friday - Saturday $8 per person
Friday - Sunday $16 per person

Please do not bring people you don’t want to pay for with you. If they are in the vehicle you must purchase them a pass.

No pit vehicles on Friday. Pit vehicle use on Saturday/Sunday only. MAKE SURE TO KNOW AND FOLLOW PIT VEHICLE RULES.

No events this weekend but we will be back in action May 9/10 at Hangtime MX Park where we will be kicking off Round 1 of the Indiana State Motocross Championship Series!
Can't race the whole series? We still invite you out for great racing action contingency from Triumph and Dragon Race Fuels!

Gates will open Friday May 8 from 5 pm to 10 pm for camping.
Pre-Registration is Open! If you pre-register make sure to select the correct day/event.
If you plan to attend all weekend and pre-register you only have to come to sign up ONE time for the whole weekend!! If you do not pre-register you will need to come to sign up before each event.

Kicking off MOTO "MAY"NIA with Round 1 of the Indiana Motocross State Championship Series! See you May 9/10!

Hold onto your helmets because we have a HUGE month ahead! It's so big it deserves it's own name!! We are officially designating this May as
MOTO "MAY"NIA!
We are kicking off the Indiana Motocross State Championship Series at Hangtime MX park on May 10!

The Buff Daddy Championship returns to Trojan Mx Track over Memorial Day Weekend! The Buff Daddy Championship is the ultimate test of Strength, Stamina and Determination! Do you have what it takes to be a Buff Daddy Champion???

Triumph is paying Contingency at all FIVE rounds of the Indiana State Championship Series AND all SIX rounds of the Buff Daddy Championship!

We will be having extra activities and prizes during both of these weekends, so stay tuned for more information over the next few weeks!
