Still trying to weigh what you did in high school? Let’s talk.
If you’ve been chasing an arbitrary number on the scale, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment — even when you’re making incredible progress.
That “toned” look most women want? It doesn’t come from shrinking down to the smallest version of yourself.
It comes from building muscle — which is denser (and yes, heavier) than body fat.
So if you’ve ever said:
💭 “I just want to be in the 120s again…”
It’s worth asking: Why that number?
Then ask yourself why again.
You might find the real goal has nothing to do with a number at all.
💡 Try this: take that number and convert it to kilograms. Does it still hold emotional weight?
You deserve to chase goals that actually reflect how you want to feel — strong, capable, energized — not just the number you saw in high school.
