Sunset Speedway Karting-Spokane,WA Family Friendly Kart Racing Sunset Speedway is a 1/5th mile clay oval track. Must have 5 drivers minimum.

We are located just west of Spokane in Airway Heights in the Spokane Motorsports ORV complex. Racing on Saturday day races starting at 1pm, night races starting at 7:00pm

Practice Days will be Fridays 7pm-10pm, before race day if track is ready. April 30th Race #1 (day race)

May 7th Race #2 (night race)

Day race: Gates open 9am

Driver Registration 9- 11am for day races
2- 4:30pm for night races. No late registration allowed, if you are late you must start in the back for both heats.

Please be advised of a schedule change for our first race on Saturday, May 9th.
To accommodate our officiating staff, the Sunset Speedway board has transitioned this event to a night race.

The updated schedule is as follows:

- Gates Open: 1:00 PM
- Driver Registration: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Pre-tech: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- Pit Meeting: 3:00 PM
- Practice: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Racing Starts: 5:00 PM

May 2nd will be our first practice event. This will be a cash event as we will not have the credit card machine at the track this date.
Racers must have all proper safety gear (Snell 2020 or newer Helmet) neck guard. Gloves, high top shoes and karting jacket or similar material.

Winged karts must have fire suits

Practice fee $25.00
Pit pass $10.00

Gates open at 9:00am

Practice 10:30am-2:00pm
