• All sessions and services are by appointment only, MONDAY - SATURDAY. • All correspondence (wait list notifications, receipts, confirmations, and cancellations) is done through email or text. Please make sure you have an active email address and phone number entered in your account profile and add "[email protected]" and "646-416-0777" to your contact list. • Kindly

provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Full fees will be charged if changes are made to your confirmed session within 48 hours of our scheduled meeting time. Packages expire three months from date of purchase. Sharing or splitting packages is not permitted. • All sales are final; no refunds, exchanges, or gifting forward. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PILATES MASTERY LAUNCHES PILATES FOR HORSES f/ HORSE SPEAK®

AIKEN, S.C. (November 1, 2021) - Pilates Mastery, founded in New York City, has recently expanded its services to the most unlikely of audience: horses!

After moving to horse country in Aiken, South Carolina, founder, tiffany page, has developed a unique program blending human and horse biomechanics and biotensegrity. Born of her equine study under Hefner Toscano, Dr. Regan Golob, and an exclusive apprenticeship with Sharon Wilsie, this perfect medley of Equine Pilates, Equine Bodywork, and Horse Speak® allows her to communicate with her equine clients in their own language, while treating and adjusting them for physical and emotional imbalances.

Horse Speak® is globally renowned for decoding the body language of horses and encoding it so that human beings can emulate it.

Ms. Page, nationally certified by both PMA and NPCP, continues to provide expertly-coached equipment Pilates for humans, working with riders to eliminate imbalances that can lead to horse lameness and other unfortunate injuries.

All in all, tiffany has discovered a novel approach to healing both horse and human.
