Valo is super easy to handle, no c**tish behavior yet and I’m usually quick to geld, but this kid comes from a line of well mannered colorful stallions. Has had his feet trimmed every 5 weeks since he was born , he bathes, has some basic ground work, is great for the vet and farrier. I have not loaded him on a trailer since he was a suckling but would get him on one a couple times before he goes anywhere. He was in a stall with his mama all summer after he was born but has lived outside 24/7 with a shelter since then. He’s out w two older geldings, loves to play of course but doesn’t get into too much trouble beyond not being able to keep a single long nose fly mask in tact for more than a week. Still a little skiddish about fly spray but gets used to it if you make him stand for it. Wears clothing regularly so is used to fly boots, mask, and blankies. This guy has lovely movement, he was rather too chill for his photo shoot to truly show him off but I have lots of random around the farm videos of him moving. Will make someone a super flashy and athletic Event, Dressage or even probably a Hunter/Jumper prospect. The brain this kid has really can’t be beat. I had intended to keep him for myself but I do think the sky is the limit with him and it turns out I can’t actually keep them all 🫠 He oozes that classic thoroughbred athleticism and just happens to come with the most jaw dropping markings on top of it, everyone who sees him can’t take their eyes off of him.
