Your spine called. It wants alignment, not chaos. 😅

The hip hinge is one of the most important movement patterns for protecting your back, improving mobility, and generating power.

Using a dowel with 3 points of contact:
✔️ Head
✔️ Thoracic spine
✔️ Sacrum

…helps teach your body how to hinge from the hips instead of rounding through the spine.

If one of those points leaves the dowel during the movement, your body is probably compensating somewhere.

This simple drill can improve:
• Deadlift mechanics
• Golf posture & rotation
• Squat patterning
• Everyday bending/lifting
• Low back awareness
