Would you use a kayak from a box?🛶

Traveling in a tiny camper means every piece of gear has to earn its spot. So when we say the made the cut, that’s saying something. It folds into a box, weighs just 25 lbs, and stows away no problem. Honestly? We were shocked at how stable it is once it’s on the water.

Here’s to a summer of adventures on the water.🚣

We didn’t build our camper to save money.

We saved money. We got exactly what we wanted. We built something better than anything on a lot. All of that is true.

But that’s not why we did it, and it’s not why we’d tell you to.

We did it for the nights in the garage. The first trip out. Pulling into a site in something we made with our own hands. And now, watching our one-year-old fall asleep in it.

Six years ago we built our first teardrop because we wanted to camp differently. We had no idea it would take us this far.

If you’ve been thinking about building one, stop thinking and start. It’ll take you further than you expect.
