Attention gym members please don’t use the blue mats in the X-Room. These are not for use. They are owned and for use for our jujutsu instructor and classes ONLY!!. Please don’t use them whatsoever for any reason.

Please check back here for updates on our hours. Our biggest concern is to kept everyone safe and off the roads at this same. As we all know storm Lala has definitely impacted our island greatly and it’s not safe to be on the roads at this time. We will continue to monitor the weather and kept you informed here on when we will reopen. Please stay safe, take care of your families, friends, animals and don’t travel. Please prepare ahead for the possibility of heavy rain, strong winds, flooding, and potential power outages. Make sure your household and ʻohana have what they need before conditions worsen.

As of now, Powerhouse Gym Aiea remains OPEN during our regular hours.
Please keep in mind that storm conditions and power outages may affect gym operations. Any changes to our hours or possible closures will be communicated through our social media as soon as possible.

Come check out our new class! Hot Hula 🌺 free to all members. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and bring a towel, and other essentials. Enjoy a fun way to exercise.

Attention Powerhouse Gym members. We need to remind every one of a few rules that we do have. First the loading parking 🅿️ space in front of the gym is not open to members or the public. It is for the business owners, and deliveries, if you do park here you be asked to move and if you do not you will be towed at your expense. There is plenty of parking underneath the gym if you need it. Also absolutely no gym bags are allowed on the gym floor, we have locks for sale or available to borrow at the front desk. Lastly please use a gym towel why working out, it’s just proper gym etiquette and it keeps our gym clean. We sell gym towels at the front as well if you forget yours. These are not outlandish rules and meant to keep our gym clean and safe for everyone. Thank you so much for everyone doing there part we appreciate it.
