Our neighbors are trying to get their place sold so they can move back down south before winter arrives, beautiful cabin and property in the heart of elk/deer country.. lots of wildlife on the property and travels through it , would make a good hunting cabin or hunting camp just a few miles outside of town and a few miles from Spanish Peaks and San Isabel National Forest which is world class elk genetics. We have been getting a lot of questions about our lion hunts and what happens if for some reason the dogs cannot trail due to poor conditions or we just simply don't find a lion track in your 5-day Hunt, let me be perfectly clear, if you do not harvest a lion with us the first 5-day Hunt, you come back the following season for no additional charge.. you only pay us 1 time to get your mountain lion.. if you know us, we do this to help people and as long we can survive and pay our ranchers lease fees and cover our costs were good!!! We do not hunt for the money, we Outfit because we love to hunt every day and be out in nature. That is why we are one of the best in the state of Colorado and you can guarantee we will hunt hard and we have excellent guides!

Lions are the most exciting and challenging animals to learn about and hunt.

If you've ever wanted to experience a lion hunt or a lion photo safari you found the right people.

Our team is made up of some of the best guides and tracking dogs in Colorado.

Mountain Lions are special to us and the use of hounds is integral to allow us to only harvest older mature animals and let the younger breeding-age lions stay in the ecosystem, many lions that we pursue we do not harvest with clients and it allows for great educational opportunities, if anyone wants to simply learn more about these animals and their secretive lives and get to see one up close in the wild please contact us.

Wildlife Conservation and successful Management of this species can only be enhanced and made better with the help of more education from people like us and our guides that study mountain lions.
