IIIIIIITTTTTT’ssssd RACE DAY!

Round 1 of the IATVHSS, Trenton MO. Got a great start! Made it to the first corner of the S start in the lead. Midway to the next turn just lost all traction! Fell back to 5th and went into the woods. No practice lap so tried to take it all in. Rear shock was not right. Not near as smooth as previous two races. So just rode as fast as I could. Just passed anyone I could. Got a short pit for fuel. Continued doing what I could. 4th lap went through scoring and was shown in second. Last lap got hung up in a slick spot just long enough for 3rd to get around me. Finished the day in 3rd. Track was pretty fast and was nice not being in mud the entire race! Got the checkered plat and headed right to the truck, so we could get back home. I had a couple hours to get home and get ready for prom!! Thanks to my great sponsors!! Good way to start the year! Was looking forward to a relaxing weekend!! That plan fell all to hell. Thanks a ton to Broc for all your help!! Thanks to Ryan Proffit for the action shots in the shop! Definitely seeing the good, the bad, and ugly of Hold Fast!! 😂
