I was honored to present “Strong for the Work: Building Fitness & Nutrition Habits for the Justice Profession” at the Women in Criminal Justice Conference last week.

The goal wasn’t perfection, it was helping hard working women build fitness and nutrition habits that actually work in real life, even with long shifts, stress, and limited time.

I’m grateful to Colleen Stocks and the conference committee for the opportunity, and to the participants for the conversations that came out of it!
