Join us this Tuesday at 5:30 PM at Afton Peak Fitness for our first bodybuilding meeting!
Everyone is welcome—you do not need to be a gym member to attend.
This is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn about bodybuilding, and connect with others who share an interest in fitness and competition.
We’re excited to have Berkeley Finn joining us. Berkeley is an experienced posing coach with years of bodybuilding knowledge and competition experience. He’ll be available to answer questions and provide valuable insights on posing, training, and preparing for the stage.
