Remember to take a few moments of silence today to honor those who perished on 9/11/2001: 2,499 civilians, 343 firefighters, 23 NYPD, and 37 Port Authority officers and the ones after who succumbed to various illnesses and injuries caused by the attacks.

7:46 a.m. – American Airlines Flight 11 strikes the North Tower of the World Trade Center.
9:03 a.m. – United Airlines Flight 175 strikes the South Tower of the World Trade Center.
9:37 a.m. – American Airlines Flight 77 strikes the Pentagon.9:59 a.m. – The South Tower of the World Trade Center collapses.
10:03 a.m. – United Airlines Flight 93 crashes in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
10:28 a.m. – The North Tower of the World Trade Center collapses.

𝘌𝘹𝘪𝘵 7 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘵: 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐑𝐒! + IMCA + 50 LAP ENDURO!

September 26, 2026 we will be hosting our winless night for all regular divisons: Modifieds, Crate Sportsman, Limited Sportsman, Mini Modifieds, FWD 4 Cylinders & Factory Stocks! Anyone WITHOUT A WIN at AFTON in 2026 can qualify!

Full purse to be released in next few days. Modifieds, Sportsman & 600s - Hoosiers are allowed for this event. Please utilize your home track tire rules and bring a copy. Factory Stocks - open rules, please bring a copy of the rules you’re being teched to. DOT Tires only.
Any and all questions on tech are to be directed to Todd Stanton.

If you have won in 2026, you may "jump" to the next class if desired. IE Crate to modified, limited to crate, etc.

The NYPenn IMCA Modified Series is also back for their rescheduled show of the Fireball 25! This event now pays $1,002 to win and $122 to start! The heats are worth $100 to win!

We will also be hosting our first ever 50 lap enduro event at the conclusion of the night! 50 laps - $50 to enter - winner takes all. Rules on another post already!! Passengers welcome!

⏰ Pit gate opens at 2PM, grandstand gate opens at 3:00PM, registration closes at 4:30PM, hot laps at 5:00PM, and racing at 5:30!

💲Grandstand Admission: Adults (14 & Up) - $14, Seniors (62 & UP) - $12, Veterans - $12, Students (9-13) $12, and Kids 8 & Under are FREE!

⚙️ Pit Admission: Adult (14 & Up) - $40 or $35 with pit license, Kids (5-13) - $10 or $5 with pit license, and children (4 & Under) - $2!

We will be live steaming on The Cushion if you cannot attend in person! Come on out and support your local!

𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨 - 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝟵/𝟱/𝟮𝟲 🏁

After dodging the rain (mostly) on Thursday night for our STSS midweek show, all attention was aimed at championship night. 0% precipitation, no worries. Tight battles in all divisions.

Boy, were we fooled! We suffered two rain showers, and the second being detrimental to the night. We cannot thank everyone and the fans who helped run the track in to give it a shot. Unfortunately, we were unable to hold the Limited Sportsman or FWD 4 Cylinder race so the decision to call the points & not reschedule was made due to scheduling conflicts & to split the purse evenly for everyone signed in for those divisions. We are truly sorry you guys were not able to race it out, but we do believe this is the fairest way despite the circumstances.

Congratulations to our winners: Justin Holland (Modified Feature Winner), Dom Roselli Jr (Modified Champion), Travis Green (Crate Feature Winner & Champion), Justin Slezak (Factory Stock Feature Winner & Champion), and Brenton Payne (Mini Modified Feature Winner & Champion)! Not pictured is our FWD 4 Cylinder Champion Collin Mills and Limited Sportsman Champion Shane Davey. ⛈️

ENDURO RULES 9/26/2026:

$500 to win - $50 entry fee - One Way Radios Mandatory

*No one under the age of 16 is allowed for driver
*Open to any 4-6-8 cylinder vehicle
*No full size trucks
*Mini trucks must have a roll bar
*Classes may be split*
-All wheel drive vehicles must have one drivevshaft removed
-No performance parts of any kind, must be as from the factory
-Full firewalls and floorboards MANDATORY
-Batteries must remain securely fastented in stock location or may be securely mounted on passenger side floor board and covered with rubber matting. A marine style box is highly recommened
-No reinforcing of front or rear bumpers allowed, cannot add on steel bumpers in place of original
-All glass must be removed, all broken glass must be removed from vehicle
*Stock windshield may be used IF free of major cracks.Otherwise, it must be removed and and wire mesh used in its place with atleast one support bar
-No outside reinforcement
-ALL flammables material must be removed except the driver and passenger seats
-All drivers must wear a full face helmet. Firesuit and neckbrace is highly recommended but minimum required attire is leather boots, long pants (jeans) and a long sleeve shirt.
-All doors must be securely welded, bolted, or chained shut. Must have door rub rails on both sides if have passenger.
-Drivers and passenger MUST have a window net. The window net has to be a standard racing window net and it has to be properly secured and must beable to open
-All run rails need to be cut at 45* at the ends or capped off, rub rails are not to extend passed the doors, start after front tire and end before rear tire.
-Stock fuel tanks are highly recommended to use but can reinforce the straps to secure it in place. IF using a fuel cell, it can be mounted inside the vehicle in the back seat area. It MUST be designed for automotive racing, MUST have a firewall between driver and cell. Fuel lines highly recommended to run outside the vehcile but if they are inside driver compartment they MUST be steel lines
****We ask for ALL plastic inner fenders and bumper covered to be removed or have bumpers secured properly with bolts through cover into metal bumper or wrapped with heavy wire****
-All airbags be removed
-Headlights and taillights be removed
**TIRES MUST BE DOT ROAD LEGAL NO ATV, UTV or tractor tires allowed. NO STUDDED TIRES**
-Vehicle NUMBERS must be clear and legible on BOTH doors and a roof fin with the number.
NO profanity of any kind
Numbers MUST be large and bright.
ROOF FIN MUST BE 18''x18'' up to 24''x24''
-All sunroofs must be securely covered. CANNOT use self drilling screws
-MUST have a 12'' hole cut in hood incase of a fire. Hood must be secured with pins or chains.
***IF A RED FLAG IS THROWN, ALL VEHICLES MUST STOP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN A SAFE MANNER. NO PASSING OF ANY VEHICLE UNDER RED FLAG WILL BE SCORED
DRIVERS MUST STAY IN VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES UNLESS THERE IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION

Our beloved Matt Lewis passed away Sunday afternoon, at his home, with loving family by his side, after a courageous battle with AML Leukemia. Arrangments are pending with Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, and we'll share that information when we have it, but for now--our thoughts and prayers are with his family, and our hearts are broken. 💔

Winless Warriors night is coming up on Saturday, September 26! We will be doing all divisions - drivers must be winless at the Afton Motorsports Park - meaning any winless driver from Afton & any driver from any other track is allowed to race. No previous start requirements! Rules & purse TBA.

NY Penn IMCA Modified Series rescheduled Fireball 25 for Gary Roberts!
