Nobody walks into the gym knowing everything.
At some point, we’ve all had nerves, felt unsure, or wondered what to do next. Starting can feel overwhelming, but having a simple plan can make it feel a lot less intimidating.
Save this beginner workout for the days you need somewhere to start:
🚶 Treadmill walk: 5–10 min
🦵 Leg press: 3x10
💪 Chest press: 3x10
🏋️ Lat pulldown OR seated row: 3x10
🔥 Plank OR ab crunch: 2–3 sets
🧘 Cool down/stretch: 5 min
Start light, take your time, and don’t overthink it.
