Nobody walks into the gym knowing everything.

At some point, we’ve all had nerves, felt unsure, or wondered what to do next. Starting can feel overwhelming, but having a simple plan can make it feel a lot less intimidating.

Save this beginner workout for the days you need somewhere to start:
🚶 Treadmill walk: 5–10 min
🦵 Leg press: 3x10
💪 Chest press: 3x10
🏋️ Lat pulldown OR seated row: 3x10
🔥 Plank OR ab crunch: 2–3 sets
🧘 Cool down/stretch: 5 min

Start light, take your time, and don’t overthink it.

Train hard, but train smart. 💪

One of the best ways to stay consistent in the gym is by taking care of your body before, during, and after your workout.

A few simple ways to help avoid workout injuries:
🔥 Warm up before jumping into heavy lifts
🏋️ Focus on proper form before adding more weight
📈 Increase weight slowly over time
⚠️ Listen to your body and don’t ignore pain
💧 Stay hydrated and give yourself time to recover
🙋 Ask for help if you’re unsure about an exercise

Progress doesn’t come from pushing through an injury. It comes from staying consistent, moving well, and building strength the right way.

Kynlee participates in volleyball, basketball, and track. Her favorite sports memories include serving the game-winning point in volleyball and scoring double figures in basketball to help beat Kelly this past season.

Today we are celebrating all the strong, hardworking, superhero moms out there — the ones who show up, give their all, and somehow still manage to do it with so much love.

Bella would like to give an extra special shoutout to the moms who never forget the treats. Those are her kind of people. 🐶✨

Help us welcome Garrett Auer to the Kopion Fitness Family! 💪

Garrett is a new and aspiring personal trainer at Kopion Fitness. He is from Scott City, and is a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving from 2021-2026. 🇺🇸

He is currently pursuing his degree in Exercise Science and brings a strong passion for fitness, personal growth, and helping others become the best version of themselves.

Garrett’s fitness journey started as a teenager after his cousin introduced him to the gym — and he has been committed ever since. His favorite exercise is dumbbell bench press, and while leg day may not be his favorite, he understands the importance of building strength from the ground up.

His goal is to help others improve day by day while continuing to hold himself to that same standard.

We are excited to have Garrett as part of the Kopion Fitness community!

They were stuck comparing themselves to everyone else.
Feeling behind. Feeling “not good enough.”

And I reminded them…

They fail because they only move when they feel motivated. And motivation is unreliable.

Some mornings you wake up ready to attack the day.
