Our therapists develop a rehabilitation program based on the physician’s orders and are designed to meet the needs of each individual patient.

🎉 Celebrating Our 2026 Scholarship Recipients! 🎉

Congratulations to Ashleigh Smith and Owen Plum, the 2026 recipients of the Kelly Carter & Thomas Leffler Memorial Scholarships!

These scholarships honor the legacies of Kelly Carter and Thomas Leffler, whose passion for rehabilitation and commitment to helping others continue to inspire future healthcare professionals.

We are especially proud to recognize Owen Plum, who is currently a Rehab Aide at Carter Rehabilitation & Aquatic Center. Owen's dedication to patient care and his commitment to pursuing a career in rehabilitation make him a truly deserving recipient.

The scholarships were presented by LISD Superintendent Mark Haag, recognizing both students for their hard work, academic achievement, and bright futures in healthcare.
