Whoo hoo the Fed reduced rates a half a point. The largest reduction in 16 years. This will lower gas prices and groceries and credit card interest, BUT most importantly it will lower loan rates and make a home sweet home easier to sell or buy. THE ECONOMY SHOULD IMPROVE.

Today is our anniversary. 11 years under the same roof. As a brain tumor survivor the over ten year mark means more to me then most.

The cancer is gone, in other words the superficial conditional love has passed the test and you've entered into a love commitment, that is not as easily broken.

There is something spiritual about watching birds. Also watching a family of squirrels, I call the dad Sammy for some reason.

I want to believe that family that's left us temporarily, are visiting us in the form of a cardinal, just to say hi.
