The boys season came to an end tonight with a loss to Holden. This was by far the most fun I’ve had as a coach and I can’t thank the kids enough for that. Unbelievably proud of everyone for the work they put into this year. Being a great athlete is one thing but I’m more proud of the human beings the kids are. Every coach/umpire always had positive things to say about the kids and that is what I’m most proud of. To the seniors, thank you guys for everything you have done not only for the baseball program but for the school. You guys have done things the right way and lead with integrity. The school is going to have big shoes to fill, thank you. Let’s get to work this summer!

Academic All-State 2026

Requirements for individual:
Must be on Varsity roster
Minimum GPA of 3.5
One of the following:
Act score of 24 or above
Top 25% of class
95% attendance or better.

Congrats to the following athletes: Kobe Enos, Bryler Ford, Ryan Vandenberg, Elijah Hubbard, Owen Underwood, Karson Taylor, Jack Lile, Kyson Enos, and Ryker Isaac!

We also qualified as a team with a cumulative GPA of 3.29. Extremely proud of everyone for their hard work in obtaining this achievement! Blackhawk Pride!!

The Blackhawks ended up taking 3rd in the OHC tournament today. Boys lost a hard fought game against Sherwood 7-6. We bounced back in game 2 and beat Versailles 11-1. Proud of the boys for bouncing back after a tough first game. Back in action Tuesday against Crest Ridge

The Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Association (MHSBC), has also recognized the Adrian Baseball Team with Academic All-State honors! The team had over a 3.00 GPA to be accepted. Congrats gentlemen!
