Every year we do Murph, side by side, sweating and pushing through this grueling workout all the way to end to remind ourselves… THEY GAVE MORE.

Congratulations to Team Girl Dad!! Rico Laijas and Bella Laijas placed first at the Duality CrossFit Competition in the ADULT coed super scaled division! Bella is 13 years old and showed true grit and strength holding her own against more mature and experienced competitors. It was extra special watching the father daughter duo dominate the day… what a memory!

Youth Summer Classes are now open for registration and will start this Wednesday!
Kids Summer Classes have undergone a significant transformation this year. We are introducing separate programs for different age groups.
-Incoming 3rd-5th graders will participate in two large group workouts per week. This is fun class with games and popsicles all while getting a great workout.
-Incoming 6th-8th graders will participate in up to 4 small group workouts per week, with a maximum of 6 athletes, focusing on preparation for sports training and competition.
