A little about Us

My Lifelong dream was to join the Marine Corp and retire and live the dream of a JARHEAD.

I was fortunate enough to get to live a portion of my dream; I joined the Marine Corp and excelled at almost everything I did. I was selected to get my TSSCI clearance and become and intelligence analyst and before I even got out of school I took the selection to go to 1st Recon in California. I was cross trained in many different disciplines and had the pleasure of serving my country in the sand box overseas. But along the way I received an injury in my back that kept me from being able to retire.

When I left the service I came home to my home town with my wife and daughter and another one on the way. I didn’t really know what I wanted to do with my life at that point but I knew that I wanted to be able to teach and train civilians some of the things that Uncle Sam had given to me. I had a lot of people asking me to train them how to shoot. There in laid a new issue, I came home and found that there was nowhere to shoot and God forbid you ask someone to shoot on their land. So I was sitting in my shop on our property building a rifle for a buddy of mine and it hit me like a vision of what I wanted my range to look like and even what I wanted the company to look like and it continued on to even what the company would teach and stand for right down to the last detail. So I got a pen and started writing stuff down and drawing sketches of what the actual range would look like even down to where the buildings would sit.
