🥋 WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE SERIES 🥋

This class is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. No martial arts experience is necessary.

Over three weeks we’ll cover:

✅ Week 1: Self-Defense Fundamentals
Awareness, prevention, and simple, effective techniques every woman should know.

✅ Week 2: Everyday Defense Tools
Learn how common items you carry every day can be used to create opportunities for protection and escape.

✅ Week 3: Ground Survival & Escape
Practical techniques for defending yourself and getting safely back to your feet.

Our goal is for every woman to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and better prepared.

In observance of Labor Day the school will be closed on Monday September 1st.

We will resume our regular class schedules on Wednesday September 3rd.
