I strive for quick turn around time because I know that a day with out a comfortable holster is a day you might leave your gun at home and in this unstable spot our world is in today that isn't a good thing. The sole reason R.U.T Kydex was fo

unded was seeing people at classes trying to run cheap holsters without retention. When asked why they were using such holsters the average reply was "well a nice holster cost to much". With that in mind and a few other untold reasons I decided to start making quality low cost holsters available to the average Joe. Now bare in mind that took a little while to perfect but know you can be in a nice IBW for $40.00 or less. WHEN THE SUN GOT UP, WE WERE ALREADY DONE!

Yesterday morning was one of those trips you don’t forget. We put together a FOUR-MAN LIMIT 8 STRIPED BASS IN JUST AN HOUR AND A HALF OF FISHING!

While most folks were still getting their day started, we were already headed back with a cooler full of fish and some memories made that will last a lifetime. But honestly, the fish are only part of what makes this job so dang cool. Watching these kids experience this with their parents and grandparents is what it’s all about. James got to experience something pretty special yesterday — putting a DOUBLE in the boat with his dad and grandad! That’s the kind of morning they’ll be talking about for years. Fast action. Big fish. Family time. Memories that don’t get erased.That’s Smith Lake fishing.

Those BEAM BOYS put a hurting in some Smith Lake Stripe yesterday morning. We left the ramp at 5:45 and was hooked up on an absolute giant by 6:00. We watched it dive right off into the timber and after about five minutes the line finally gave way. The fish FIRED UP around 7:00 and it never slowed down. We had a four man limit (8) by 9:00. If you’ve never experienced an 8 stripe limit with lite tackle in two hours you’re missing out!!! These things are on fire and chomping. I have some openings this coming week/weekend.
