Izzy Style School of Wrestling Izzy Style Wrestling is a comprehensive training program which focuses on teaching technique, conditioning, strategy and a winning mental attitude.

Izzy Style Wrestling is ONLY for serious wrestlers who are willing to completely commit their bodies and minds to improvement. Because of the small size of the club, Izzy Style is able to provide individualized attention as well as a practice room which is second to none in intensity. • Jackson Punzel | Christian Wrestling Coach Rarely in wrestling do you have a break long enough to give a substantial amount of coaching. Freestyle and Greco are unique in that sense with the 30 second break.

The best athletes are the ones who can make adjustments at the break and come out and execute. Can you listen? Can you change under pressure?

Practice this in the room. Listen to what your coach says and try to apply it immediately
