ATTENTION STOUDTS DISTANCE CLASSIC RUNNERS!!!!!
This Saturday is the "Big Day"
Here is some important information so PLEASE READ:
Stoudts Distance Classic will open to runners at: 8:30AM
Bib Pickup ***OPENS at: 8:30AM ***CLOSES at 9:45AM SHARP***
REGISTRATION AND BIB PICK UP will be at the front of Stoudts along N Reading Road around the corner from the beer garden entrance.
All Runners will receive 1- Stoudts Distance Classic Race Buff (at bib pick-up), a fresh baked loaf of bread from the Wonderful Good Market, and a beer coupon. (at finish)
Stoudts Beer Garden will open at at 8:30am for purchase coffee and pastries and will also be available for lunch and dinner from 11am - 9pm.
Please consider patronizing Stoudts as their business has been heavily impacted by COVID.
Each Runner (21 and over) will receive 1 free BEER. You may purchase more from the Beer Garden.
Aid Stations / Water Stops:
3 miles - Water
5 miles - Water / Gatorade
Finish Line - Water
Fire/Police will assist with traffic HOWEVER, this is an open road course so cars will be on the road. Please run against traffic ( so run on the left side so you can see any on coming traffic that may come your way) The course will have cones and signs warning drivers to SLOW DOWN Runners in Road.

Awards will be held at the Front of Stoudts.
AWARDS :
1st Overall Male & Female receive $100
1St Overall Male and female age group winners receive a mix of Stoudts beers.
Age groups: ***16-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-99
$200 if course record is broken: MALE 39:01 FEMALE 45:35
***age group 16-20 (no beer - no mix of beers awarded-sorry : ) Alternate prize will be awarded.
1-PARKING - please park on the side of Stoudts along Stoudtsburg Road side of the building. Follow signs.
2-EVERYONE will be screened prior to entry to the Stoudts Distnace Classic We will be doing temperature checks via contactless infrared thermometers. (If you are not feeling well PLEASE STAY HOME). Once cleared you will have access to pick up your bib and race packet.
3- Bring a Mask / or buff / face covering. They are required. (No you do not need to run with it on) They are required at ALL TIMES and at the starting line as you are all lined up to begin. We will have non-contact waste baskets at the start to collect any trash / masks. We will also have waste baskets at all aid stations.
DO NOT LITTER DO NOT THROUGH CUPS ON GROUND due to COVID all trash must be thrown into receptacles. We will have plenty.......
4-AGAIN DO NOT LITTER - if you are caught littering you will be disqualified from the race and asked to leave the course.
Don't be a do*****ag - DO NOT LITTER!!!
5- If you require assistance along the course PLEASE STAY ON THE COURSE!!!!! If you can make it to an aid station please do so and we can assist you from there. If you cannot make it to an aid station and you see another runner please ask the runner to report you to the next aid station. Otherwise our race Sweepers will locate you as they sweep the course. It is important to stay on the the marked course.
