Sat recap from Springfield raceway.

Wyatt got to take the new car out for the 1st time. (He was sick last weekend). He was fighting shifting issues in the heat race. Figured out today that when he shifts to 2nd, it's shifting into 4th and 1st is actually 3rd. Will get that fixed this week. He didn't start the A due to that and all the dust causing a coughing fit and acting up his allergies/asthma.

Nathan fought set up issues all night and pulled off during his feature.

Not the best weekend, but always fun when both boys can race together.

The last 2 weekends, Nathan has raced at Salina Highbanks.

Aug 8th, he went from 7th ➡️ 5th in the feature.

Aug 15th, he went from 1st ➡️ 2nd in the feature.

Made set up changes that definitely helped the car. Just didn't find the rubber quick enough in 3 & 4 on a double file restart. But going from 18.3 second lap times to 17.5 second lap times is a huge step in the right direction!

Been meaning to make this post since Sat night. I want brag on this boy a little. He is very good about watching more than just the nose of his car. He's avoided many many many wrecks/spin outs because of this. Sat night a car spun out and he unfortunately couldn't avoid it this time.

He said, "I knew I wasn't going to be able to miss him so my only thought was don't hit him in the door".

Might not mean a lot to some, but I find it pretty cool that he had that thought process with a very small window of time to think.

He has a pretty good head on his shoulders.

Race recap for Creek County

Wyatt: Heat race 6th ➡️ 6th
A feature DNF

Just rode the heat race out....didn't pass any cars but also didn't have leader pulling far away. A feature, guy spun on the 1st lap and he unfortunately had nowhere to go causing a dnf.

Nathan: Heat race 5th ➡️ 4th.
A feature 7th ➡️ 2nd.

Made some adjustments after the heat race and made up a lot of ground.

I didn't up in time to film all of Wyatts heat. Didn't even get to watch Nathan's races lol. So here's the short clip of Wyatts A feature. I didn't get the actual hit.....because I'm a mom 1st and forgot I was recording.

Bmod heat and feature from last night. The boys have been working hard to get this Billsbuilt set up the way Nathan likes. It was a great night and glad to get that 1st win in the red double nickel.

Race recap for the Hagar boys. Crawford County Speedway

Wyatt Hagar: Heat race 1st ➡️ 2nd.
A feature 3rd ➡️ 2nd. He ran a clean solid race! Super proud of him!!

Nathan Hagar: Heat race 4th ➡️ 1st.
A feature 1st ➡️ 1st. He also ran a good solid race. Got spun out the 1st lap. After that he led every lap. Will post video tomorrow.
