Polar Bear Friends and Family,

I was just called by the AD.

We have been mandated by the university to move our banquet to 2:00 tomorrow.

The caterer will start serving food at 2:00.

If you are a little later in arriving the food will still be available for quite a while.

The program portion probably won't start until around 3:00-3:15

Let's just try to make the best of the situation and remember this is about honoring our Polar Bear players and celebrating a great 2025 season.

I hope this earlier start time will help those that were apprehensive about traveling later in the evening.

At this time the banquet is still going to continue as planned

Unfortunately, since we have already rescheduled this event once and we are unable to reschedule at this time.

Hello All,

We are less than 4 weeks from our banquet to celebrate the 2025 season.

Besides a night to honor our favorite Polar Bears it is also our largest fundraiser of the year.

All are invited, parents, family, friends. All players and families are welcome.
Along with dinner we will have our awards ceremony, silent auction, special raffles and a 50/50.

Tickets are still available. (reminder if you bought tickets for the original date, they are still good) Also, players will not need to purchase a ticket but will need to let Coach Fries know if they will be attending.

Hello all,

Here is a plan if anyone is interested, please join in the fun if you would like.

"Tailgating"(in the lobby or parking lot if you wish) and send off at the hotel - buses leave at 10:15.
(Courtyard 4375 Metro Circle NW)

Head to the Brew Kettle (in HOF Village 2018 Champions Gateway Suite 101) at 11:00 for a little ONU Football family fun then head in when gates open.

Hope to see everyone there at some point.

Remember the normal gate restrictions by HOF will apply to this game.

Let's make sure our boys know we are there to support them. Let's be loud.
Unsure if there is a distinct section but I'm sure we can find each other.

Good morning,

Due to the fantastic win on Saturday we have been put into an interesting situation.

Since there is a chance we could play on Nov. 22 we are going to reschedule our awards banquet.
Apologies for any inconvenience but this is a great problem to have.

The date right now will be Saturday Jan. 24.

More details to come in the next few weeks.

If you have already purchased your tickets they will still be valid. If you have already purchased tickets and are unable to attend the new date, you will be refunded.

The 2025 banquet to celebrate our Polar Bears is scheduled for Nov. 22.

Not only is this event to honor and celebrate the 2025 season and the players, but it is also the largest fundraising event for the Parents Club. We are looking for donations for silent auction items and raffle baskets. Money raised from this event and all our fundraising activities during the season benefits the Polar Bear football teams. These funds go towards paying for the yearly senior gift and giving a monetary donation to the team for costs that the university can not cover.
