Remember to do a 10 - 15 cool down after moderate or intense exercise to gradually slow down the heart rate and regulate blood flow back to at rest levels.

People do odd stuff in the gym all the time. Sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't. We have all seen vidoes and got a little chuckle out of them or expressed concern. Sometimes you shake your head and mind your business or if they are doing something dangerous help them out or lets staff know. Of curious, you can use it to build rapport "hey, just wondering about this exercise your doing..." and strike up a conversation.

But as a professional personal trainer, to purposely film someone while viciously ridiculing them and then post it on your own social media to call for others ridicule them is beyond digusting and good on Joey Swoll to continue to call this behavior out.

At SoundWell we believe everyone on their fitness journey should be treated with dignity ans respect. We would never film and distribute material without someone's consent and definitely never to make fun of them.
