Written from more than 40 years of coaching, mentoring, leading and pouring into young people, this project shares powerful lessons about BELIEF, DISCIPLINE, CHARACTER, FAITH, LEADERSHIP, MENTAL TOUGHNESS and PERSEVERANCE.

This book speaks directly to many questions young people have asked over decades of my caree:

• How do I become mentally tougher?
• How do I earn my coach’s trust?
• How do I become a leader?
• How do I overcome fear and failure?
• How do I stay disciplined when nobody is watching?
• How do I become the person God designed me to become?

I BELIEVE IN YOU! challenges readers to raise their standards, develop championship habits, protect their dreams, embrace accountability and understand that success is about much more than winning games.

Former Team Impact standout Jonathan Beausejour continues to inspire on and off the court!

From earning Arthur Ashe Sports Scholar honors at Life University… to now becoming DOCTOR Jonathan Beausejour and speaking nationally in his profession — what an incredible journey!

The Arthur Ashe Sports Scholar Award recognizes student-athletes who exemplify:
• Academic Excellence
• Leadership
• Community Service
• Integrity
• Character
• Commitment to Education
• Athletic Achievement

Jonathan represented all of those traits at the highest level while maintaining a 3.94 GPA, serving his community, and excelling on the basketball court.

Today, he continues to impact lives far beyond basketball, proving once again that the ultimate goal is not just raising trophies… but becoming a TROPHY that walks, not collecting dust. 🏆🔥📚
