It’s so important to show them that you are there for them.

What your child/student will remember forever is not whether they won or lost, but whether they looked up at the stands and saw you there. Cheering. Believing.

Our role is to give them security. To say before they step in: “I’m with you, no matter what happens in there.”

It’s about hugging them tight after the fight, whether they have gold on their chest or tears on their shoulder. It’s about showing them that the mat is just a place where they are learning to be stronger for life.

Stay by their side. Always. That’s what makes a champion.

Thank you so much to all of you - parents, professors, and coaches - for all the support and encouragement for our little ones. Seeing the stands full and the corner united makes all the difference. You make the difference ❤️

What a day! More than a competition, a family gathering! 🥋❤️🔥

CompNet Global Georgia was incredible inside our home at Gracie Barra Georgia!

Congratulations to all athletes who stepped on the mat - win or learn, you are all champions! You showed true Jiu-Jitsu spirit and made us proud.

A day of learning, strength, and connection 🤩💗

We had the opportunity to experience a very special day at our Women’s Self-Defense Workshop, led by Professor Vivi Almeida. Vivi Almeida

More than learning self-defense techniques, it was a moment to build confidence, understand our limits, learn how to position ourselves, and recognize that knowing how to protect ourselves is also a way of taking care of ourselves.

A very special thank you to Professor Vivi Almeida for sharing her knowledge and experience and for leading this workshop with so much dedication and passion.

And, of course, thank you to every woman who joined us, participated, and embraced this experience. It was beautiful to see so many women together, learning, supporting one another, and becoming stronger. 💗

May this be another step toward greater confidence, safety, and courage.
