Finally set up my blazepods. Hundreds of activities can be done with the App and clients can be tracked performing everything from their contacts with the lights and progress is tracked for them. 🩵. I’m so excited!!!!

Spotlight on All Abilities Fitness client Liv ! Liv has been a member since my adaptive exercise and fitness classes began almost 2 years ago. She has attended regularly since that time and works very hard on her fitness with a contagious big smile the whole time😊. She has made friendships on her fitness journey with others in her class. Liv loves musical theater and dance class and she wouldn’t mind being cast in another play in the future. She misses high school drama club. She loves Captain Bonnie’s ice cream and gets upset when it closes for the season just like me 💕 Liv loves her big extended family and friends! We love having Liv at All Abilities Fitness with her great sense of humor and contagious laughter 💕that she adds to every class !!!
