Today, our Acton Fit Body Boot Camp studio looked a little different… and it was awesome. 🧘♀️
For a little while, the rowers and dumbbells took a back seat as our studio transformed into a yoga space focused on movement, breathing, recovery, and resetting.
Fitness isn’t just about pushing harder every day. Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is slow down, improve mobility, and give your body what it needs.
Loved seeing our FitFam embrace something different with such amazing energy. We’re already planning the next one! Huge thank you to Ruma Joshi for leading such an incredible class. 💙
