Personal Training International

Personal Training International Est. 2003 Training at PTI is based on a scientific European fitness model.

We provide individual and small group sessions for personal training, sports performance, speed training, track & field events, strength & conditioning, and senior wellness. PTI trainers create individual programs by starting with focused analysis of your performance, whether it be in a competitive sport or in daily living. We will then assist you in developing realistic performance goals based on

our extensive experience with a range of ages and capabilities. By comparing your baseline performance with your performance goals, PTI trainers determine the critical muscles that need to be strengthened and conditioned to allow you to reach the next step in progress toward your performance goals.
