abits can provide the basis for making progress. I was born and grew up in New England. After about 10 years of searching for a home base, I landed in Boston. I worked in Boston for 15 years then moved to Virginia to begin family life. I have lived in Virginia for almost 15 years with my husband and son. I enjoy spending time with my family, yoga, swimming, walking, gardening, being near the water, almost anything French or related to Jane Austen. I also love baseball, especially the Red Sox, backyard bird watching, photography, finding joy in the small things in life, and visiting Cape Cod.
