Today Terrible Tuesday with the crew Joe Phiffer, Joe Forte and Mark Rassmann pushing each other. Drill with medicine ball (10, 12,15,16,and 20 lbs) 10x each ball in a rd. which is 3min. failure to make it, you have to repeat the rd. A good warmup 😓💪🏿😢👌🏿👏👏👏
