One of the things we love most about Money Hill, a conservation community, is the wildlife we get to share it with. The woods, wetlands, and creatures that call them home remind us that we’re part of something bigger, and inspire us to be good stewards of the land.

The Hill Market is Taking Shape! 🛒🌿

We’re excited to see The Hill Market come to life at the Village at Money Hill! Construction is well underway, and we’re thrilled as we move toward our late fall opening.

Designed to bring convenience and connection to the community, The Hill Market will offer everyday groceries, fresh pastries, prepared meals, quality meats, curated wines and local favorites...all in one welcoming neighborhood destination.

We can’t wait to open the doors and make The Hill Market part of everyday life at Money Hill and for the communities and neighbors along Hwy. 21!

We are so excited to have this boutique market coming soon!

It will be a wonderful addition to the village and serve the surrounding communities, neighbors, and visitors along Hwy 21 with wonderful products and an enjoyable place to connect.

A new community destination is taking shape at the Village at Money Hill! ✨

We are excited to help bring The Hill Market to life, a neighborhood market designed around convenience, connection, and the daily rhythms of the community.

Inside, visitors can look forward to:
🛒 Everyday grocery staples
🥐 Baked goods + fresh pastries
🥩 Prepared meals + quality meats
🍷 Curated wines + local favorites
🌿 A warm, welcoming stop for all the surrounding communities, neighborhoods, + visitors along HWY 21

The Hill Market is planned as a natural extension of the experience, adding a convenient and inviting place to shop and enjoy the community.

This project is being done in collaboration with Voelkel McWilliams Construction LLC, and we’re looking forward to sharing more as the project progresses! 🚧

Yes, we know... it's June 9. Consider this month's newsletter fashionably late—just like that foursome that swears they'll be at the first tee "in five minutes." 🤣 😉

And if the calendar got away from us, it's because June is absolutely packed at Money Hill and we've been nonstop! 🗓️

From tournaments and PGA Jr. League to BINGO nights, summer camps, Friday pool nights, upcoming events like our Father's Day celebration, Palm Royale, Mizuno demo day, and plenty more, there's something happening around every corner of the club. 🌴🎾⛳️🏊‍♂️

The best part? The club is buzzing with big summer energy! Whether you're on the course, by the pool, or attending one of our events in our beautiful Magnolia Ballroom, we love seeing the community come together. 😄 🥰
