What are some of your health and fitness/nutrition goals?
I have always been athletic and interested in health & fitness, and have been coaching health & fitness professionally for more than a decade, but I have also struggled with nagging injuries and less activity in the past that took some toll... but I found success strategically counting macros and getting lean again even without working out. Now that I've been working out again too, I'm back to Shredded Warrior status just like the good 'ol days.
I recorded some virtual macros training using the methods I used and had success with, and have had a virtual version of my popular and successful 6-week bootcamp for a while (long before COVID!). I send emails and use instructional videos for training and demos. I used the paid version of the Better Human App for counting macros, and UA has a free app that accomplishes almost the same thing (MyFitnessPal).
