👑 NICE Lifestyle ..Just getting started! 💪 🏃🏽‍♂️ Summer Track in full effect!! But if you are wanting to get some conditioning in, we offer a month to month plan. Practices are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 6pm. Season will run to the end of July!

📌We are a travel track team and most of our meets will be in the DFW area.
📌 Regional’s, State, and National’s locations will be in our schedule
📌 Deadline to Register April 6th; Practice’s Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm
📌 Season runs from March 30th through the first week of August depending if you qualify during regionals.
📌Fees will pay for your AAU membership and TAAF memberships. There are still out of pocket fees for events and meets.

‼️ There is an option just to come run and practice with us with out competing. Which will be $50 month for those wanting to get some work in during off season. 💪

Focused on ladder drills, cone drills, shuttle runs, high knee drills, plyometrics, and high intensity interval sprints/runs with recovery.
