Know that during this time, your feelings are valid. Talk about what you are feeling to a friend or a loved one. Know you are not alone in this season and that help is just a phone call away. Unfortunately this is a common experience many women and families face.

An unexpected loss, can increase the risk of depression in the mother and the father as they navigate through grief.

Today lets take a moment to stop during our busy lives, and look around us, reach out to someone who has lost a child. And let's remember the precious ones not with us today.
