Impact Sports and Fitness Impact Sports and Fitness is a newly equipped gym facility. Also included in the gym are weight machines, a verity of free weights.

Impact Sports and Fitness is a fantastic gym that offers many different services including; group classes, personal training, massages/stretching, indoor walking track, and more. We have a verity of cardio machines that includes treadmills, elliptical, bikes, stair climbers, and rowers. Each month new group classes are offered at a member price and a non member price. Impact Sports also offers 3 c

ertified personal trainers that are here to help you further you goals in fitness. Our certified massage therapist is here Monday -Friday by appointments and you don't want to miss out.
