Foreclosures are NOT enjoyable or glamorous. More like: mortifying and detrimental.

But the banks don’t care. Sometimes, it seems like no one who is supposed to, cares…

In September 2023, I was able to assist a local 100% disabled VET 🇺🇸with a difficult, looming foreclosure scenario. Everyone who was supposed to be caring for, advocating for, and supporting this VET was dumping on him!

Finally, someone who could offer a second chance stepped in to listen and assist. We discussed his situation and options and had to work fast to save the home. I brought in a skilled team to move some mountains - it wasn’t easy. The banks were difficult and unforgiving. But we were relentless and struck with skilled precision.

The VET had to leave his home, but we put cash in his hands, saved his credit report, and maintained his dignity.

Since then, I’ve helped others with even different situations, and I’m looking to help more - looking to provide creative tactical solutions for people with house problems.

Hey friends! The landscape is changing. www.warriorfitathlete.com is offline and WarriorFit Athlete LLC has been dissolved! The tactical branding has followed me over into the real estate investment and funding world, though, so is taking a backseat and is taking over this feed. I am still a warrior and tactical athlete at heart, so much of my IG will probably still look the same: faith, family, fitness, fi****ms, etc. 😎🇺🇸💪💙

It wasn’t the official full-blown workout this time, but this old, recovering, still-has-surgery-pending, WarriorFit athlete still got in a Memorial Day WOD at to pay tribute to the warriors who have gone before me. So glad that so many pay tribute with their workouts in Abilene since our first one at in 2010 and so many others all over the world. Never forget their sacrifices! 🙏🇺🇸💙💚👊
