At Abilene Martial Art Center our mission is to teach students to overcome obstacles, to strive for constant and never ending improvement, and to have a healthy and caring heart. Our team works tirelessly to teach the absolute best classes possible and provide amazing student service. Martial art training is a life-changing experience. We believe that it will greatly enhance a student’s developmen

t both physically and mentally. It also instills discipline, improves physical fitness, and builds confidence through self-defense training. We teach a martial art system known as Kuk Sool Won at our training center. It’s a comprehensive martial art system that is derived from the rich and varied martial art techniques developed in Korea. Training in Kuk Sool Won is excellent for overall health and fitness as well as self-defense. Students will not only get in great shape, they’ll also learn highly effective personal protection skills and a myriad of traditional Korean Weapons that are super cool.
