‼️‼️ IMPORTANT NOTICE RENTERS ‼️‼️
Now that the city is also accusing us of using the dumpsters, I’ll go ahead and post this.
This isn’t directed at anyone specifically, but it’s something that happens far too often, and we need everyone’s help.
Photo 1: This is our extra incinerator tops. This is NOT where trash goes. Nothing placed in this area can be burned.
Photo 2: This is the actual incinerator. If you look down and see the black burn chamber, that’s where burnable items belong.
Please make sure you’re placing items in the correct location. Trash left in the wrong area creates a huge mess, including maggots, which Garrett and I unfortunately had to deal with last week.
Also, if you’re disposing of trash, please make sure all trash is bagged and not dumped loose into the pit. This makes cleanup much easier and helps keep the area clean and sanitary for everyone.
We’re doing our best to keep this area clean and to ensure we’re following the proper procedures. We appreciate everyone doing their part and disposing of items correctly.
