Please do not message or call to waste my time with "how does this process work?"If you want to buy a suppressor, come in and we will be happy to take care of you. Of course we can still do NFA submission which are pretty fast as well right now.

This is why you don't go to the "Cheaper buddy" for threading. Customer had a baffle strike on his can. Old threads were not to spec at all. Length is wrong, the diameter was way under, and the threads are barely there and far out of spec, no crown, and not even cut inline to the bore. With our threadings as in the pic, everything is machined on a CNC lathe with a system I made in house to be able to dial barrels in so they are staright and true 100 % of the time. Everything is measured on every threading for specs as there is an industry standard like the thread gauges that we keep certified. We thread almost 1000 barrels a year (and been doing it for 12 years) and don't have problems. 100% quality control here.
