🔔New Teacher Alert

⏰Erin Leach steps into the studio Tuesday, 8/25 at 4:30pm.

Tuesdays class will combine meditation and pranayama with seated and standing postures focused to improve the function of the root chakra while also building strength and flexibility. Longer transitions between poses allow for increased mind- body awareness, grounding you in the present moment.

Erin brings with her years of experience as well as having her 500- hour RYT. She holds additional certifications in Meditation, Level 2 Reiki Master, Prenatal Yoga,Certified mobility specialist, and has her RCYT for Children’s Yoga.

We look forward to having her join our growing community of teachers. 💚

🌸Nourish Your Soul: A Day of Yoga, Horses & Healing🌸

Slow down, breathe deeply, and give yourself the gift of love and stillness. Join Hope in a Horseshoe, A Pivotal Shift, One Love Mind Body Yoga Studio, and Saddle the Storm Equine Gestalt Coaching for an immersive experience on an expansive farm. •🥣 Sound Bath with Horses:
A deeply relaxing sound bath led by Anna with crystal bowls in our indoor arena, sure by the soothing presence of horses.

•🐴 Healing Presence: Connect with the gentle wisdom and healing energy of our horses throughout the day.

•🛍️ Local Wellness Vendors: Shop local vendors featuring sea moss, apothecary teas, herbal favorites, and wellness products.
