3-5pm Zentangles- 🎨Mindful Art Workshop
Discover the “Zen” in Zentangles. This is a meditative process of creating beautiful images from repetition e patterns. You don’t need to be an “artist” to join. This is an incredible way to focus and regulate the nervous system.
