Inviting our members to pitch in on a project.
For the past 2-3 years, we have awarded pins with ribbons, and for a couple years before that we used medals for the 1st through 3rd place winners at each of our events.
We are considering what to award for 2027, and are seeking your input (and involvement / effort).
We have a plan / design for trophies for the Bucks and Bulls 3D (it will be a small wooden stump with a deer figurine on it).
Looking for proposals for the Zombie Shoot, Rainforest Safari, and Clam Shoot.
Proposals should include design and budget, for the following quantities (for each event).
1st - 30
2nd - 20
3rd - 10
Could be all three places the same - just differentiated by label or possibly by color - or the 1st place could be a more significant award.
We like to keep the budget controlled, considering the registration fees, and that with distribution across the competitive categories almost everyone gets an award.
Please bring your proposals to the July club meeting - or if you are working on something and still need details, bring what you have, and we can defer decision to the August meeting.
