Our cheer classes offer tumbling and cheerleading instruction. Sandhills Gymnastics is a family owned and operated business. We are dedicated to providing a great place for kids to learn and have fun, and we are committed to providing remarkable customer and community service. We offer a wide array of classes and programs for everyone. Our Learning Preschool program is designed for children ages 2

-4 to help kids grow emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually. Our staff will guide children to learn by touching, seeing, and doing. Sandhills Preschool will provide developmentally appropriate activities to encourage learning. by engaging in small group activities, centers, and physical activity, with special attention paid to each child’s individual needs. Sandhill has an open door policy where parents or guardians are encouraged to come watch at practices and classes! In our large viewing area, come relax while supporting your loved one! Sandhills other group classes include tumbling, power tumbling and trampoline, homeschool gymnastics and fitness, gymnastics for both boys and girls, adult gymnastics, and private lessons! Each class is tailored towards either your specific fitness goals or has an emphasis on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination, body awareness as well as focus, concentration and self-confidence! Available for weekend birthday parties and Parents' Night Out once a month, we also have lots of room for fun and play! With our wide and flexible schedule, Sandhills is the perfect center for after school activities, a fun workout, or for developing your competitive team edge. This Saturday on June 13th, we will be hosting a Back Walkover clinic from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM for ages 6 and up. This clinic is for any kids working towards back walkovers or trying to get the fundamentals of bridge kickovers. We will be breaking this skill all the way down to the beginning and meeting the child at their level.
