Pit crew: put in studs before cross country! What a great way for our students to learn in real time what we practiced at home! We recently had a horsemanship class practicing studs on old shoes. This weekend they got to help put in the heat of the moment!

💪Taking care of business 💪 Valkyrie was in top form this weekend! We had many students volunteering, grooming at the trailer, riding, and family support ❤️ thank you CHP for the beautiful show, and getting us through lightening hold to finish out the day!

We had eager equestrian enthusiasts showing up to learn no matter the weather! We pivot to indoor lessons. In the lounge we had chats on horse breed and colors, worked on walking lines, hosing down horses, and doing a rider stentrj and symmetry test! Lots of learning and smiles all while in that AC ❤️

We love a good grid...but what if our horse or rider is not ready for cantering the whole thing? We modify! No one should miss out on the benefits of gridwork: it's fun, helps us develop straightness and rhythm, horse footwork and rider position!
