Who is Alexander Covington?

Big news… and I’m really excited about this.

Over the last season, I’ve spent a lot of time praying, reflecting, and listening to the people God has put in front of me. One thing kept becoming clear — the mission is bigger than I originally framed it.

Because of that, Covington Christian Coaching is now becoming…

This change isn’t about removing faith.
My faith is still the foundation of everything I do.

But I realized something important.
There are a lot of people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, blocked, or burned out in life, family, business, and faith… and they need help breaking through the mental and spiritual barriers holding them back.
Some are strong believers.
Some are searching.
Some just know they’re meant for more but can’t figure out what’s holding them back.
And I want to help all of them.
Through Covington Coaching, my mission is simple:
