Time Management: Balancing classes, homework, and training teaches discipline, organization, and responsibility that help both on and off the field.

Better Decision Making: School develops critical thinking and financial literacy, which helps athletes manage future earnings and contract negotiations.

Global Forum for Development (GLOFORD) Uganda is proud to partner with Destiny Project Uganda (DEPU) in transforming the lives of young people through sports, education, leadership, and skills development.

Together, we are creating opportunities that inspire young people to realize their potential and build a brighter future.

📊 Together, we are making an impact:

✅ 500 direct beneficiaries reached through project interventions.

✅ 1,000 indirect beneficiaries benefiting from community engagement activities.

✅ 60 young people actively participated in Uganda Youth Football Academy (UYFA) activities during the 18-month implementation period.

✅ 21 community coaches received professional training to strengthen youth mentorship and sports development.

✅ 28 youth referees enhanced their skills, creating new opportunities in sports leadership.
