Though we didn't award trophies this time around, our focus was on something bigger – identifying and nurturing the BEST TALENTS from each team!

Kasese junior soccer academy dominates the league yet again with kamaiba soccer also pushing for glory as kasese bronken lit impressive with performances.

In a yearwhere 38 teams participated from 12 different academies all over kasese. Meant we played 64 matches through 7 days and here is how we brought it the end⚽️🎊🎊🥰

Our atmost appreciation goes to the parents who let us stay with the children for a lengthy period of more than a week , the players, the general kasese community that provided a condussive environment for other guest teams and also supported the event in many ways.

Mr Derrick muhindo currently at booma fc and a product of rwenzori junior football league, He’s the first ever local proffessional football model for our children and your contribution towards the children is highly appreciated.
Hon. Madaraka cares who also jumped on board to support the event the way you did was an act of valour type. We dont take your efforts for granted. Whereas people are running to support adult football games you made it look easier with your choice spending two days watching the boys play was a sign of hope and it proved your commitment and patience which is key for any leader. *Rwenzori junior football league climax*

Bright school junior team contraversal goal an escape to the semi final.
On an evening where it seemed like the BASS were getting toothless and losing their grip on the semi final after losing the opening match 2:0 to arch rivals kasese junior soccee academy and drawing with the tigers in a goal less encounter, they took charge in a bloody fixture against railway from which they drew first blood through kiyoyo shortly after what seemed a goal for railway, allison saves the ball and quickens it through to the on rushing tony who does a littlle exchange to hanning for the messi esque assist to send the Bass on the lead. This was not recieved well by the other party claiming they had scored one before the incident, on vonsulting the officials whonof course have no VAR at this level, the ball was judged a no goal and the decision stood after a long wait.
Play resumed between kjsa and tigers which also sent the tigrrs bagging after goaless draw either way.
On the other hand, group A also was another day to remember as both teams came out with 2 points each and goals difference being the only resolute.
Tomorrow we see the semifinal between
1. kabonero and kjsa.
2. ⁠Bass and Maliba.

And there after a final will be set before the awarding ceremony kicks off.
